Product description

The DKP double-loop coupling, manufactured by RATHI and RINGFEDER (German reference), offers a unique 100% metallic design. Misalignment compensation and torsional elasticity are provided by controlled deformation of metal loops, without resorting to an elastomer element.

This feature makes it the coupling of choice for environments where elastomers cause problems: extreme temperatures (positive or negative), intense UV exposure, contact with solvents or aggressive chemicals, food-contact applications, aerospace.

The DKP thus combines the elasticity of a flexible coupling with the durability of a metallic coupling: tolerance to misalignment, high angular precision, no torsional backlash, and virtually unlimited service life within the nominal operating range. A premium solution for critical transmissions in hostile environments.
