Product description

The TyreFlex rim elastic coupling uses a rubber-cord-fabric tyre element fixed onto two hubs by clamping collars. This design offers the highest damping capacity and the greatest misalignment tolerance of the entire range of elastic couplings.

The TyreFlex massively absorbs torsional vibrations and shocks, making it ideal for transmissions subjected to large load variations: mills, crushers, hydraulic presses, mixers, industrial fans, winches.

Tolerance to misalignment (angular, parallel, axial) is exceptional. The TyreFlex is suited to long frames, installations with imprecise alignment or machines with strong thermal expansions. Radial tyre removal, by loosening the collars, simplifies maintenance on in-line installations.
